I had a very disappointing experience with this agency. While providing care, the client explicitly demanded that I give her 50% of my wages as a condition of employment. When I refused to participate in this illegal arrangement, the client made a false report about me. I attempted to share these facts and my side of the story with the agency, but they were unwilling to listen or investigate the matter fairly. This lack of support and refusal to address a serious ethical violation is unacceptable. I have filed a formal complaint with state authorities. Don’t work for this agency look elsewhere

} I would not recommend this agency based on my personal experience working with them as a PCA.
From the beginning, there was a lack of transparency and support. I was told the agency would assist with the CDPAP transition process, but in reality, I had to do most of the legwork myself — including coordinating with insurance, following up on paperwork, and ensuring the conversion was actually moving forward.
There were also significant delays in the CDPAP conversion process with little to no communication. Whenever I reached out for updates, I either received vague responses or had to repeatedly follow up just to get basic information.
What’s most concerning is that the agency presents itself as supportive to PCAs, but my experience was the opposite. Instead of guidance, I experienced disorganization, poor communication, and a lack of accountability.
Most recently, I was contacted to sign employment documents despite no longer working with the agency, which raises concerns about how they manage employee records.
Overall, I would strongly encourage anyone considering this agency to ask detailed questions upfront and be prepared to advocate for themselves throughout the process

Once you provide this company with your contact information they literally never stop calling you and texting you!!!! THEY WILL COLD CALL AND TEXT YOU FOREVER!!! I have asked numerous times to be removed and no one seems to care.
