Terrible customer service, the receptionist was extremely rude as if she wasn’t there to serve the patients. Won’t be coming back and will never recommend to anyone that needs physical therapy.

I have had an excellent experience with all staff and doctors. They all communicate and callaborate effectivity to treat pain for long term. Patients must be committed to working towards the same goal and make the best of the long pain management treatment, if not short term. Currently going and have had great results.

i don't often give reviews but I can not get this place off my mind! I went to this office today after making an appointment Monday! When I get there The receptionist says she wasn't able to get authorization for services but she would see if I can still get Therapy. I told her I was told that they will get authorization b4 my visit and if there was a problem they would let me know. Her response "we had other things to do"?. I continued to be polite because I was there to get help with my pain. I was put into a room a man comes tells me lay on my back hooks up machine to my shoulder puts towels on top of my sweater and tells me he'll be back, he comesback in about 5 mins ask me if he should increase the intensity I said yes. 10 mins later the machine turns off I sit in the room waiting 10 mins later a girl comes in get me band to stretch says stretch for 3 mins! Almost 10 mins pass no one comes back, then I walk out to see what's going on she tells another girl to let me go on the bike! This bike is broken 10 mins later a girl comes over says u look like u had enough you can go! Pulls up a girl and starts chatting with another patient! I am so pissed that I wasted my time going there! No one ever asked me how I feel where exactly hurts! Nothing!!! This is the last time they will ever see me! It's so disgusting that you want to keep ur business in your community and the only want your money and don't care about your pain! Very sad!
