I’m coming all the way from a different borough. The hairdresser took me right away but I think he rushed and cut my hair because it is way too short to my liking. I asked for a leveled haircut instead half of my hair was cut and not even trimmed.

Roy is very good in hair styling… he is also a very nice and jolly person … Michael is so good at washing your hair he also give you a little head massage you feel so relaxing… The manager is amazing so nice to her staff and customers …Service: Hairstyling

This place is seriously lacking in customer service, called to make an appointment at 2pm for a color the man(Roy) I made the appointment with didn't even touch my hair until 3pm. When he stated he aggressively bleaching my hair, I had to tell him he was hurting me twice and then he just left me there and did not tell me anything about the next process. Then he took a FaceTime call. When he went to wash my hair he rubbed and pulled so hard, water was getting in my eyes and neck. He was incredibly rude.
