If I could give this place negative stars I would absolutely do so. I have been coming to Bela locations for 10 years and never have I had such an experience as I did today. The worker was being yelled at from outside came inside still being yelled at for whatever reason assuming she was suppose to be working but was outside of the store doing whatever she felt to do, than she called me to do my eyebrows I asked to wax first than thread, if I wanted scolding hot wax on my face I could have done that myself, than asks if I am only doing eyebrows, I said no lip too please, if I said lip why is there wax being placed on my cheeks of my face? I normally go to Bela salon when shalani was there, she was a great worker and I totally love her work, unfortunately I went last Sunday to get my brows wax and do gel polish on my nail..she had two Indians ladies they did a horrible job, they wax my brow, one was fine, the other was brade and still had hair at the top, they didn't even remove my natural nail polish they did my nail just like that and when I came home all my gel polish came out,, I was so pissed..

Very unprofessional and dirty they don’t clean up after themselves. And the owner is very rude and money hungry and charges way too much when they don’t know what they are doing.
