They do not do tax returns properly. They intentionally make mistakes to keep you coming back, they don’t fix the mistakes, they do not answer phone calls, they do not answer emails. STAY AWAY they are not honest with their customers

Ánand and his workers are generally organized. He has always completed the paperwork quickly and I've usually received my tax return on time. Once, I didn't receive it after 12 weeks. I checked online and the IRS said they had no return filed for me. When I called Anand's and let them know, the IRS website magically updated that day and I got my money 4 weeks later. Overall, I've had a good experience with Anand's (I saw him for more than 10 years) but I will not be returning because I have had a few instances where I felt that the way Anand spoke to me wasn't profesional. Twice, I asked him about two concerns and he spoke to as if I were a child, yet he didn't actually answer the question. When I spoke to my new accountant, she said that information he provided was not correct. Another time he asked about a family situation in a way that I felt was presumptuous. I don't know if it's that he's had a more difficult time in the last 2-3 years with the workload or because he got comfortable with a repeat customer.

I’ve been working with Anand’s Financial Service for years and they have always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Worst place ever to do taxes, unprofessional and unworthy people working especially those hard face girls, they all need to school them self, have some etiquette and dignity. They only care to collect people money and don't know what to do
