During the most challenging times, especially when we unexpectedly lose a loved one, it was a relief to know that the funeral services were one aspect we didn't have to worry about. Janine was incredibly supportive and understanding, providing comfort during our grief. Her genuine care made us feel at ease, and she treated our child with the same compassion as if they were her own family member. Every detail was meticulously handled, and she guided us through the process with kindness and professionalism. We used Bergen Funeral Service in 2014 when my father passed away and they could not have been more caring and accommodating. At that time the owner, Scott, and Sohail took care of everything and they treated us like family. My father had an amazing service.
My mother just passed away in April and of course Bergen was our pick for her services, since we had such a great experience with my father's service. I was a little worried when I walked in and Scott was no longer there to run everything, but I was very pleasantly surprised to see that he had replaced himself with an entire staff of caring, compassionate and competent staff.
