Today was an over the range microwave/hood combo. I’ve installed 3-4 in the past myself but with my back injury those days are over?.

Fantastic customer service from start to finish! Josh was excellent in finding a double wall oven that would fit in our existing cabinet. Bill who installs was awesome and stopped by the house to get accurate measurements, had to slide the old unit out. The delivery guys were careful and on time. So glad we chose a local store over the big box stores!! They had to order the oven and it was delivered and installed within 7 days! That’s awesome.
5 weeks into it, 6 contractors and 4 cabinet stores later, still not knowing what to do and not feeling comfortable, we found Rick at Best Appliance. He showed up 2 days later to see what we had. He spent two hours that night explaining the ins and outs of kitchen cabinets, and recommended what he believed would be the best fit for our new Kitchen. He answered every question we had, everything he said made perfect sense. Finally, We had someone who knew what was going on, had what we needed, came through with best price, compared to all we spoke to.
