I have been to the urgent care several times, and will continue to do so when I need to. The staff has always been so compassionate, gentle, and knowledgeable. Front Desk staff, P.A.s, and doctors alike are all equally wonderful. The wait has never been very long, either. I'm very thankful for this location.
Came to Chai about two weeks after my son suffered a tough bicycle accident at a summer camp in the region. Not only was the care center still open in the early evening, but the doctor was able to see my son and x-ray his knee in a very fast time. This was not nothing because his office was full of kids with various broken arms and legs.
Thankfully my son didn't break anything and the doctor was so caring and understanding. He was able to give us a prescription ointment and was able to refill it two weeks later, though we live nowhere near the center. ?️?️?️
A wonderful experience for my son and husband. Though the office was very busy, they were seen quickly by an amazing doctor who took great care of my son. An asset to the area and surrounding areas! Well done!!!!
