THEY CAME PUT IN WIRES GUY DONE IT WRONG, I wanted wired on Opposite side of the kitchen he DIDN’T DO IT! Then he didn’t answer my numerous phone calls over a month, left me WITHOUT plugs to plug EVERYTHING INTO! wth is this guy doing! 😡

I'm a Real Estate agent. I have a that needed an electrician ASAP. Stone Creek showed up when they said they would, and took care of what my clientNeeded. I had another client who had gone through 7-10 electricians, and Stone Creek were the only ones who showed, gave an estimate and are getting the job done! I highly Recommend them.

Totally unreliable!! We have been trying to get a hookup for a dryer installed, they told us that they would be able to do it in the beginning of the week last week, we tried calling multiple times with no calls back, then get a text saying we can be there in half an hour, no prior notice, me and my husband were both at work, I got out early to be there for them to do the job, waited two hours no one called or showed. tried calling them, tried speaking to the supervisor and STILL no one has returned a phone call. Absolutely do not recommend this company! What a waste of time!

The electrician never showed up on the day even though I scheduled him 5 days ahead of time. I called them 3 times on the day and each time the woman on the phone said: I will relay a message to the electrician. He never called me and no one showed up. On the third call I was adamant that it was extremely important this issue was fixed today and I really needed to know if someone was coming out. All she had to say was ok..I’ll relay the message..and hung up. Terribly unreliable service and not helpful or worried about trying to help at all.
