“I highly recommend Dr. Geist and Lysenko Dental. After several years of issues with sleep, headaches, and fatigue, I saw Dr. Geist for a consultation regarding sleep apnea. At the time, I felt pretty desperate and was not getting answers. Dr. Geist listened to everything I had to say, asked me a lot of questions that I hadn't thought of, and told me that we would work together to get to the bottom of the issue, which is what I appreciated the most. She aided me through the process of getting a proper diagnosis and fitted me with a mouthguard to treat mild sleep apnea which has made a substantial difference in my energy levels and mood. I am particularly grateful for the way that Dr. Geist consistently follows up, never brushes off a symptom, and is always willing to make a recommendation or look into something further. Dr. Dong is simply the best. She's quick, efficient, never late, and straight to the point. She doesn't waste your time, or her own. If your teeth are causing you problems due to obvious neglect, she will tell you that. She won't tip toe around why you're having issues. I have had a broken molar for about 6 years now that has caused me some serious on/off pain, the last bout of pain being almost unbearable. I had to take the plunge and schedule an appointment. As soon as she saw it, she told me I needed a root canal and a buildup. Having been almost 15 years since I had seen her last, we both concluded it could have been avoided with proper cleanings and exams. (Absolutely all my fault) She assured me that she could fix my tooth and make it like new again. I couldn't believe after all these years of neglect, that I deeply regret, that she was able to save my tooth.

I went in for my appointment a week later and the whole thing took about 90 minutes. Dr. Dong took such wonderful care of me the entire time, and I didn't feel a thing throughout the whole procedure. Since I do engineering and construction for a living, she even explained the whole process, comparing it to construction, and it was super interesting to learn about how a root canal and the following buildup is done. Even after the novacaine wore off, I don't feel anything from that tooth anymore. I didn't even feel soreness in my mouth the day after. When I look at my tooth in the mirror, it looks as if it had never been damaged.

Dr. Dong is an incredible dentist, plain and simple. She has decades of experience and has owned her own practice here in EG for over 20 years. I trust Dr. Dong with ANY and ALL dental work.
