Quoting in part from a 2023 review, I am absolutely thrilled with the way my driveway looks after the seal-coat was completed about two weeks ago. My driveway is over 35 years old, and except for some narrow cracks (which no treatment can deal with) it looks so much better than it has in years (and I have had several other treatment services in the interim). I do wish that I had discovered Phoenix sooner. I will certainly be calling upon them the next time my driveway needs a treatment!

Phoenix Sealcoat has done excellent work on our driveway for years. Before installing a new driveway at our home 3 years ago, Doug, the owner, and his team would tediously work to restore my original driveway which was crumbling away, leaving me with a serviceable driveway surface that wears well and lasts for a couple of years. Recently, they did the first coating on our 3 year old driveway, which is solid but had “whitened” and it looks brand new. Doug is easy to work with, gets the job done quickly, is incredibly neat, and his pricing is fair and well worth it. Phoenix Sealcoat is the best blacktop driveway sealing company that I have ever used. I am 75 years old and had tried a number of other companies before I discovered Phoenix Sealcoat. I will never use another company again. They are very neat, use a quality sealer, arrive when they tell you they will be there, communicate clearly with you by text and are friendly and pleasant. My driveway is 5 years old and looks brand new thanks to them. I very highly recommend Phoenix Sealcoat. I would rate them 10 stars if I could!
