“Last month I was on the search for a new place to get threaded. I found BeautyPro on Google and conveniently booked a same-day appt for the evening. The salon is modern and clean. I met Stephanie for the first time last month and was threaded by her for my eyebrows, lip, and chin. Stephanie took the time to hold up a mirror and explain to me the vision that she had for my brows. I was shocked by the suggestions because most threading salons around the area, the artists barely even speak to me. I immediately felt confident about Stephanie when she suggested this individualized plan for my brow shape. On my way out I booked a facial with Stephanie, attended that about a week later. It was a relaxing experience. My skin was glowing after with some purging and Stephanie set the expectation for. I have acne prone skin. I explained the products I use as well as asking for an opinion on what products she recommends. Today, I was running late and I spoke to Kelly on the phone who was reassuring and kind! “I’ve been to this salon a bunch of times and always get such amazing service. I specifically go and see Rosanne who is a total gem (I’m sure all the other ladies are wonderful she’s just who i see since I’ve been going there).
She works so well with my daughter who gets anxious about getting her hair cut. She always walks her through every step of her haircut grabbing pieces and saying “I’m going to take this much off ok? And if we wanna take more off we can”. She jokes around with her and makes her feel super comfortable. She very personable and sweet and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does. I’ve also had a blowouts done for my other daughter and I by her and they always come out picture perfect.
The salon itself is a super welcoming environment with a lot of character (as each stylist has kind of decorated their own stations to match their personalities instead of having all the stations be “uniform and the same”like in some salons) i definitely recommend this salon and seeing any of the ladies here.“
