Brow Queen of Buffalo LLC, launched in March 2021, is a salon that offers a variety of services including expert brow shaping, revitalization, lamination, full body waxing, Brazilian services, lash lifts, custom spray tans, and microblading. The staff members are highly praised for their professionalism and excellent customer service. Clients appreciate the clean and inviting atmosphere, with some noting that appointments for laser hair removal with Jasmine are quick and virtually painless—taking about five minutes for procedures like underarms and Brazilian. Jasmine is especially trusted and admired for transforming brows and providing expert guidance, helping clients achieve their ideal look. The salon maintains a friendly and welcoming environment, with staff paying close attention to detail to ensure every service is perfect. Complimentary drinks and snacks add to the overall experience, making Brow Queen a popular choice for waxing, laser treatments, and spray tans.
Let me start by saying I am insanely particular over my brows and used to drive to ROCHESTER just to get them done. Those long drives stopped when I found Shannon at Brow Queen/Arvaya! Whether I'm getting a regular wax or also going for a lash lift and tint, I know I will walk out of that room feeling 100x better than when I walked in. Shannon is truly a master at her craft and makes my brows look impeccable. I am loving the new space and look forward to trying some of the new offerings that Arvaya has to offer.
