I am a lifetime member to a very good, healthy, weight loss progrm. I stopped attending for awhile, then signed up again. Within a month I was back to my lifetime goal. I attend a workshop several times a month and weigh in at least once a month. However, in the past 6 months, I have been charged 4 times with a monthly charge. I have spent countless hours on the phone with customer service and billing to get a refund processed. Unfortunately, this error happens again and again. I don't have time for their incompetence. They need to set up their programs so they quit charging lifetime members! I am starting to believe this is intentional in order to make more money.... read full review

Because you keep charging me I am a lifetime member and have spent an endless amount of time on the phone with your " Experts." I have also spent a lot of time at the studio with the women who work there They checked it out and told me that everything is ok. I don't know what your problem is. I am not happy !!!
