Can't say enough about Pool Fection and the owner Joe.
We had to replace our pool cover. New pool cover was measured and ordered by another Company. When it came time to install it none of the holes aligned with the loop locks and the company wouldn't take responsibility.
We reached out to Joe and his team and Joe personally came same day to evaluate the job. Not only did he evaluate the job but he explained exactly what needed to be done. He told us that he didn't have the right equipment with him, left and came back same day with the drill needed and installed the pool cover himself.
Joe, Corrine, and the team are just great. Family-owned, local business, professional and courteous. The pool they installed for us is fantastic. They have come back and helped me on numerous occasions with questions and how-to's along the way. Joe is very knowledgeable, talking to him is easy, and we always have a few laughs along the way. I highly recommend Pool-Fection.
