I can't say enough about Cindi and the whole staff at Physical Therapy and Beyond. I have been a patient with them for three different issues in the last two years. Last year, Cindi helped me avoid rotator cuff surgery, and for the past 5 months for lower back issues, pre-hab before and post PT after a knee replacement. (not an easy recovery). Cindi and her staff are compassionate, positive, kind, professional and really know their stuff! Whenever I was feeling frustrated with my knee recovery, Cindi and Megan always had the answer, they knew how to make me feel better and had the skills and knowledge to keep me motivated and progressing. They were almost as excited as I was when I hit milestones! I am 9 weeks out and just walked 2 miles with no pain! Cindi and her staff truly care about your recovery and go above and beyond in helping you reach your goals no matter how big or small. Physical Therapy and Beyond is the place to heal!
There is simply no other physical therapist that I've encountered that takes the time to know you as the person you are, warts and all. Because what makes you unique helps her understand how she can best serve your needs. Cindi is extremely bright, her knowledge and experience is evident, but the time she takes to truly understand your pain is unique in healthcare. I consider myself blessed to have crossed paths with her when I was pregnant with my daughter and she helped me with serious scapular pain caused my inflamed nerves from the pregnancy. 20 years later I'm back because she's one of a kind. Her work ethic and style is what makes her such a blessing. Thank you to Cindi and her team for the care you provide. It puts a little faith back in me that people like you still exist. You have my admiration and trust.
