I brought the dress to them in the morning shortly after opening. The tailor replaced with a stronger invisible zipper and pressed it. I was charged $35. I thought it was high for a zipper change, but because it was done in several hours and ironed to perfection i didn't complain. The clerk at the front desk was helpful, pleasant and informative. “So yesterday, December 18th, I had dropped off 2 pairs of ugg shoes to be sent out for cleaning and I ended up needing one pair back. I called them and told them that I would need to pick up the pair the next day(today the 19th) and the lady i spoke with, I believe Helen was SO KIND and said no problem. There ended up being a miscommunication with the driver that picks up the uggs and he ended up taking both pairs. So I went to pick them up and they weren't there! One of the workers I spoke to ( after giving him an attitude that I am so embarrassed about) WAITED AT THE STORE AFTER CLOSING TO WAIT FOR THE DRIVER TO BRING THE UGGS AND BROUGHT THEM TO MY HOUSE !! When I tell you I was holding back tears!! I have never had anyone ever go above and beyond like this for me. Thank you all so much. You truly are beautiful amazing people.“
