We had a hiccup on my first visit to service. But Joel and Rose really stepped up and set the bar real high on this one. Well done to everyone in service, especially Rose for her professionalism. We recently had the pleasure of working with Frankie DiGirolamo on the lease of our Sierra 1500. Working with Frankie was an excellent experience - he worked diligently to get us the best deal possible. He was honest, thorough, and always had our best interest in mind. It is easy to feel like you are not getting a good lease package when working with many dealers, but we can confidently say working with Frankie allowed us to walk away with a solid deal that we are lucky to have. Last Wednesday, I had the opportunity to drop off my 2023 Cadillac CT5 at the dealer for it's first service.Cadillac Mike provided excellent service and made the entire process an absolute pleasure back in August. The car was a tester on the floor with 4300 miles on it and Mike told me that my first service would be complimentary.As I pulled up to the deal on what was a rainy morning, I was greeted by Steve (Stavros) Petkovits.
