She’s truly amazing at what she does. Unlike many places, Michelle never uses drills—she carefully files everything by hand, which leaves my nails looking natural and healthy. She’s also great at suggesting trendy designs and seasonal colors, which makes every visit feel fresh and exciting. On top of her skill, Michelle is incredibly welcoming and always goes out of her way to accommodate her clients. New place, same fantastic owner! Serenus Nail and Day Spa is such a beautiful upgrade: clean, modern, and full of thoughtful touches like the shell-designed chairs and the super comfortable pedicure massage chairs. They’ve expanded their services too, which I love. I previously mentioned getting a short massage, and since then I booked a full session. It was absolutely amazing and genuinely healing. Just a heads-up: their massage therapist isn’t always on-site, so appointments do need to be booked in advance, but totally worth it.

They continue to take such good care of me every single time I visit. I saw one negative review and truly don’t understand it. My experiences have always been warm, welcoming, professional, and incredibly understanding. Their prices are fair; often even more convenient than other high-end salons, and the quality never disappoints. They even did my wedding nails, and I loved everything about them.

Serenus Nail and Day Spa is still my go-to place. Highly, highly recommend!“

“What a terrific experience! I felt so welcomed and at ease as soon as I walked in. I’ve never been there before, but I’ll definitely be going back. I only had time for a quick pedicure, but they did my manicure at the same time. I even got a chair massage while they painted my toenails and give it time to dry. While I was in the chair, two people were massaging me. I felt like a queen! I got everything I wanted to do in a short period of time. They even gave me a free gifts as a first time customer. This is my new nail place. While I was getting my manicure and pedicure at the same time, I saw somebody getting their nails done and a chair massage at the same. That’s definitely what I’ll do next time, I always find it so hard to sit still for my manicures. But this is definitely the way.“
