I am a first time customer with Jason for a regular pedicure . He was very polite, professional and friendly. He even made my appt to return for my gel manicure which I have yet to experience. He gave a great foot massage and back massage 💆♀ I met Sarah the owner afterwards because he introduced me she was very kind. 10/10 nail salon service in the area .
I am SO happy I found my new nail salon. Sarah’s Nails is clean, cute, quaint, and a hidden gem tucked away in a little plaza on Franklin tpk. I came in on a Friday afternoon with no appointment. The ladies working were pleasant and greeted me right away. I told Suzy it was my first time there. She asked my name at the beginning and remembered it at the end when I was paying. Compared to my last nail salon that gesture left me extremely impressed. Prices are good and the service was excellent. I was so pleased with the quality and customer service of the gel mani I said let’s go for a pedicure too. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks Suzy.
First time visiting Sarah's Nails and I was attended by Mimi -- she made me feel so comfortable and cared for! Despite my appointment being right before closing, she was very attentive to re-shaping and did not make me feel rushed at all. The nails came out beautifully! Never before have I had such wonderful service at a nail salon, will definitely be returning.
