Energy Management Solutions just finished a two-day attic insulation and air-sealing job at my house yesterday, and I’m honestly amazed at the difference already.
The crew worked incredibly hard both days and really put their all into sealing up my home and making it airtight.
When I woke up this morning, my house was about 20 degrees warmer than it was outside. Before this, the temperature inside was often almost the same as the temperature outdoors. I could immediately feel the difference, and even the house sounds quieter.

Great team at EMS. Ryan did the Energy Assessment in our house. He was very informative, recommended we seal the basement joist with spray foam but didnt push anything on us. That was 2 years ago. At the time the rebates werent as comprehensive. I called them recently since we were planning to have new HVAC installed. He was able to secure the highest available rebates for the project and the price with rebates was a no brainer upgrade. Once we had our new HVAC installed I reached out to Nancy and scheduled the team to spray foam seal our basement joist. They were very accommodating and worked around our schedule.
