I have been going to Vision Works in Slingerlands Price chopper area for years and I’m very grateful to them. They do a wonderful job. I hope they stay open and in that area it’s so convenient for me. If I ever have any problems at all, they are there to help me. I don’t particularly like the online appointment setting, but when I did make a phone call and got a person to speak to. They were very helpful. The new way called. I believe Vision links was outstanding. The technological advances are in incredible. The doctor, even though he was virtual was very good and very informative.
Excellent service for me and my entire family. All staff are amazing! The one staff with the polka dot cute heels helped me step outside my box and try new circle frames . Thank you all.
Staff is friendly, I was in and out within an hour including exam with a virtual Dr. That process was new to me but still felt it went well. Prices are more than reasonable and they have a nice selection of frames. Very pleased with my visit and purchase.
