This would be my first and last time coming here the lady named Leanne Joanne she is an older heavyset lady with blonde hair was extremely unpleasant!!!!. She carried an attitude through every encounter she had with everyone I seen while waiting for my appointment. She does not have a welcoming demeanor she looks and speaks at you as if you came into her home bothering her . She should not be working in customer service AT ALL!!! Let alone greeting ppl when they walk in with that disgusting energy. As I type this I am waiting for 20 mins past appointment time, had it been the other way around they would have cancelled my appointment, I’m afraid to get up and ask what’s going on cause I could already see what type of lady I’ll have the conversation with and it can go left quickly.they have tele health doctors so be prepared to wait almost an HOUR !!!! This is ridiculous don’t come here unless you have time to waste !!

Staff and Dr were kind, knowledgeable, effective, quick about it, and warm. A++ Calling sorts to useless automation and basically nowhere. Just go in.

I had an appt here & it was phenomenal. The actual doctor wasn’t on site so it was a tele health visit but the staff is great!
Sage- did my exams & he was so kind & patient.
Matt- explained the pricing & some add ons but wasn’t pushy & very accommodating. I really enjoyed this visit & appreciated the kindness shown!
The office is clean & so many affordable glasses. Thank you!

My exam was done in a timely manner. The optician Matt at the New Scotland Rd. Slingerlands NY office was exceptional. Since I'm quite knowledgeable in the ophthalmic space I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and incredibly kind to me and his other customers. I viewed him as a very valuable employee to your organization.

My last eye exam was 4 years ago and prior to the telehealth remote doctor experience they’ve instituted when their in-person doctor is not available. I was quite apprehensive to try this, but couldn’t wait any longer. Even though there was a technical glitch that IT fixed within a few minutes, this was a great experience and I enjoyed talking with the tech and the doctor who came on screen. It was as if they were in the room with me. Prior to the actual exam, check-in and the pre-screening process was seamless. All employees I came in contact with at this store were professional, courteous and timely throughout my visit. I plan to come back again, sooner than 4 years.

Awful experience. They call, emailed, and texted me several times to confirm my appointment. I was there on time and they told me they were running one hour behind. I said I'll be back in one hour. When I got back they told me I would have to wait for half hour. I told them that was unacceptable and my time is important to me and they were very unprofessional and rude in their response. Steer clear of this place, unless you like to waste your time and be treated unprofessionally..
