We are pleased with the technician(Orlando) from Wesco53 who is very professional, punctual and knowledgeable. He was able to fix tour heating issue promptly and we were extremely satisfied.
Contacting and scheduling Wesco53 was seamless as well. They seemed to understand and be sympathetic with our situation. Would recommend them to anyone with heating or cooling issues
Very pleased with the service we got. The initial consultation and diagnostic with Ryan was great, and the service and professionalism delivered by Mikael was a gem. So overall very satisfied.
My A/C condenser stopped working. Ryan came the same day I called, patiently explained exactly what was wrong, and immediately ordered the parts necessary. While there was a delay in getting the parts -- a supplier problem, not a Wesco problem -- Ryan was communicative about the status and finished the repair the same day he got the necessary part.
Great experience at a reasonable price, and I highly recommend Wesco 53.
