I had a pedicure and was very disappointed and will never go back. The tools they used were not sterilized. He pulled them off a shelf and both tech’s used the same ones on my sister in law as we were sitting side by side. How unsanitary! He also stepped outside to smoke during my service and never changed his gloves when he came back in. GROSS!
Also they use ELECTRIC nail/product hardener dryer that sits on the area where you put your feet, NEXT TO THE TUB OF WATER!!! ⚡️⚡️⚡️ I didn’t realize it until I was done and he unplugged it 😳😳
Maybe the health dept needs to check in on them.
The pedicures here include a neck massage! The place is very clean and everyone is friendly and professional. I called ahead (I suggest doing this if yoi don't want to wait long). I also saw some walkins.
Employee said that they had been slow. My guess is people are put off by the rush of the service. If you are looking for a speed pedicure, this is your place. She had barely started, and she was finished.
