The dinner cruise offers good food and service, while also sharing insights about the lake. Although the boat may be crowded, the staff is pleasant and helpful, even assisting passengers with limited mobility. The captain provides engaging narration about the boat and its surroundings, enhancing the overall experience. Overall, the cruise is a refreshing break from the heat, with a lovely 50-minute journey up the lake and back, showcasing the beautiful estates along Skaneateles Lake.
We loved visiting Skaneateles New York. The highlight was an extremely enjoyable cruise on the lake thanks to Mid-Lakes Navigation. On board, the narration and drinks were fantastic and the weather was with us. At some point on this beautiful day, I misplaced my baseball cap, purchased brand new from a local winery. I had no idea where I left it. I decided to call Mid-Lakes Navigation to see if I left it in their store…I did, and they had it. The staff was so kind and helpful. They actually mailed it to me in Florida! A lovely card was enclosed with a personal note. They went out of their way to handle this for me. I recommend to anyone traveling to Skaneateles to take their cruise & visit their shop. Very professional & kind employees work there! Thank you again.
We did the lunch cruise today. The food was outstanding + the service was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed it.
My 3 sisters and I went on the Judge Ben Wiles boat tour. The tour was wonderful with informative narration sprinkled with humor. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you Mid-Lakes.
