I have hydronic floor heating in my home and needed a new boiler. I decided to go with a Viessmann combi boiler system so I went to the Viessmann website and found local dealers. I discovered after getting a number of different quotes that knowledge of floor heating is not widespread. Phenomenal service! Cannot possibly recommend them enough! Quick and professional every single time I’ve needed them. Today at noon, I noticed my water heater was done for, and by 5:15 they had come, inspected, assessed the situation, and installed a brand new one! KRD will always have my families business!

Shout out to these guys, another company told me in the dead of winter the part I needed was 6 weeks out they told me to go buy space heaters til then. Next day I called KRD 20 minutes they were at my house taking pictures 2 hours later they were back with the part I needed.
