Consistent fair pricing. Great people. Marc - Marvin orders - top notch. Darrin pleasantly will figure out hard orders. George all around thorough. Bottom line is everybody cares. A exact recent experience - got a good lumber delivery, when I went to use the last LVL it had a bow in it. I called Rick at 4:00 didn't tell him how important it was but magically my new 16" LVL was there the next morning. Extraordinary group and company.
