“I have had alot of work performed in my mouth over a prolonged period of time. The staff is more than friendly and caring. They are gentle, and very good at what they do. I never mind coming here for even the smallest of things. Working in conjunction with my oral surgeon who is a total stranger to them and located a different location to complete the work I am having performed says alot about everyone involved in making this happen. Hours are very flexible when it comes to availabily. There is genuine concern when it comes to what is going on now - or in the future. “Upon arriving at the office, I realized I had forgotten my referral script from my dentist for the Oral surgeon. The staff was professional and courteous and helped me get a digital copy of the script which allowed me to get my tooth pulled. Dr, Parks and his assistants helped with my procedure paperwork and the doctor recommended having the procedure done with a local anaesthetic and not being put under a general. “Fast appointment with fast follow up since i needed to see the oral surgeon. Front desk staff was amazing and encouraging (severe dental anxiety). Nurses were super personable and chatted to keep my mind occupied. Dentist and oral surgeon worked super quickly without making it feel rushed. Addressed all my concerns and solved my issue in less than 24 hours and that's with two separate appointments. Office is clean and organized. Front desk submitted claims to my provider since they didn't accept my insurance but even if i had to pay triple what i paid, I'd go back time and time again. They offer their own type of plan that's reasonable and I'm considering it to follow up with continuing care.“

I called on a Tuesday to see if they had an available appointment that coming Monday or Tuesday, I spoke with Theresa and realized my 2 children would be considered new patients with the practice since they are no longer with the Riverhead location. I know how hard it is to get in with a doctor, especially as a new patient so I knew there was no way we'd be able to get an appointment that soon. To my surprise Theresa informed me that they had one opening on the upcoming Monday and that she may have another but she would call me and let me know on Thursday by 12-1pm. I was skeptical that i would even get a call back, but again to my surprise by 9am i had gotten a call about an appointment. I called the office back and spoke to another women who was also extremely nice and she put both of my children in for thee upcoming Monday that I needed. I'm very thankful for such great customer service and the time they took to fulfill my need of an appointment!!! THANK YOU !“

Every place said they were booked till November, December, or even March...This place is like the 10th one I called. They aren't listed on Google Maps as a dental office, and the name here is different from what I saw on their own website (Your Smile Group Team). Anyhow, I called and they were able to give me an immediate appointment. The office is clean and modern. Assistants are great. Dr. Chen is efficient and nice.
