Fast appointment with fast follow up since i needed to see the oral surgeon. Front desk staff was amazing and encouraging (severe dental anxiety). Nurses were super personable and chatted to keep my mind occupied. Dentist and oral surgeon worked super quickly without making it feel rushed. Addressed all my concerns and solved my issue in less than 24 hours and that's with two separate appointments. Office is clean and organized. Front desk submitted claims to my provider since they didn't accept my insurance but even if i had to pay triple what i paid, I'd go back time and time again. It was difficult for me to choose a different dentist's office, especially when your dealings have been with the same dentist for over ten years. However, due to distance, I was forced to seek a new dentist's office. Here's where the excitement begins... The Medford office was terrific. My check-in process was terrific as the office takes laptops measurements to keep everyone safe from Covid. Lisa, my dental hygienist, is a game-changer. She was amazing at her job and made me feel comfortable. Doctor Sandana Raj was outstanding. The staff at the front desk was refreshing and true professionals. Geez, these people are nice. My husband went there for an emergency visit a few months ago and he kept raving about how nice they were. I figured, ok, so he happened to catch them when the staff were all in good moods. I finally went there today for the first time and I have to say, hubby was right. Everyone was so nice. The place was immaculately clean, as well. Highly recommend.
