This is a long one but worth the read since I never knew what a day of coordinator was and how they would help on my day if I did the majority of the planning. I tend to plan and organize many of my own/friend/family events but weddings are no walk in the park. I planned my wedding up to the day of, BUT Kristin was the glue that held us together throughout the process. We used Kristin Patton as our Day of Coordinator for our 8/2/25 wedding and it was one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning process! From the moment we first connected with Kristin she was super communicative and on top of things. We planned our wedding ourselves and were really just looking for someone to help us on the actual day, but Kristin did so much more than that. She had a few Zoom calls with us in the months leading up to our wedding and she was so helpful making sure we weren’t forgetting anything, especially those small details that fly under the radar and then surprise you at the last minute. My husband and I said the best decision we made on our wedding day besides marrying each other was hiring Stephanie! From the moment we started hair and makeup to the final bus leaving the venue, Stephanie was on top of EVERYTHING both big and small. She made sure the day ran smoothly and took care of little details like cutting a thread hanging off my mother-in-law’s dress, ushering us away from guests immediately after the ceremony to give us private time, and ensuring we had time to eat at cocktail hour. We could not give Stephanie a more positive recommendation if we tried!
