Trust every negative review on here! From the moment I walked in the staff was rude and unprofessional. It felt like they didn’t want to work and that I was bothering them asking for a haircut. Every haircut I suggested was met with a dismissive attitude and was told they were all impossible to do (even tho i’ve had the same haircut done at other salons no problem in the past). This salon was so unwelcoming and unpleasant that I ended up leaving before even getting a haircut due to the stylists attitude. I would not recommend this salon to ANYONE.

I did not want to give a star but had to for this review to post. This Lemon Tree location is not a good place of business. The person who cut my hair was not friendly and chopped my hair off horribly. I will never make the mistake of going to that establishment again. The employees name is Lisa! I can't even title her as a hairdresser. My advice to her "Go back to hairdressing school" "Learn some customer service skills too"

Kate , my saving grace. She literally took me in as a walk in and there’s not enough words to explain how truly grateful I am for her. I had my hair done a couple days prior and it devastated me but as the non confrontational person I am I didn’t want to say anything. I walked out of this salon and got in my car and just started bawling my eyes out. Tears of joy of course ! She turned my disaster that I called my hair into something I was so freaking happy to show off. I am so excited with the results and can actually say I got a caramel honey balayage. Thank you Kate

Joanne , horrible cut a foot , yes 12-14" off, after telling her 2-4", she insisted I needed more, as she kept going, I was having panic attack, she stopped and it was all gone!! The manager tried to fix it as she left long pcs and it wasn't even, they thought by giving me a gift card it would make up for 15years of growing my hair!!! Never again, she was all spaced out, sat in the chair staring at me as I was hysterical crying, I'm 50 yrs old not 15...total ptsd! And I couldn't do a thing to fix it.. my hair is now too my shoulders from my waist!

The last couple of time I was there, they didn’t do a very good job with my haircut. The prices are great but it doesn’t mean you get a shoddy haircut.
