If every maintenance/repair/installation service was as easy to work with as Eddie I would be thrilled! Very knowledgeable, fair and easy to talk with, he came to the house exactly when he said he would, walked me through everything that needed to be done and it looks like he took steps to fix our system that took extra time and effort. Charge was very reasonable and he followed up with me to see how the unit was doing.
He didn’t try to sell me anything, but my system is 17 years old, so when it does need to be replaced I’m calling Eddie! His associate Chris is also very nice and easy to talk to, I was happy to have them in my home!
Called a few companies on a Saturday looking for AC repair. Eddie from ECE called me back right away. He said he would try to get to me that coming week. Came that Monday morning with his assistant and found the problem and fixed it. Very reasonable and great work. We will be using him again.
If you're looking for a oil burner service, look no further. Eddie is very professional and caring. The service men were pleasant, neat and informative. They deserve 10 stars! I highly recommend ECE Heating and Cooling. The best!
