Bailey is an amazing home inspector! He was very professional and thorough in explaining the issues in different facets of the house. Moreover, he presented findings that allowed me to negotiate for a lower purchase price!He was also very flexible with scheduling - within 24hrs of me calling him, the inspection on my new home was complete! And, he delivered the report in a timley fashion. I highly recommend his services.

Returning customers here!!! Mr. Bailey Lockhart is AMAZING. We specifically requested him based on his promptness, kindness, vast knowledge, and thoroughness from the last time. This time around was no different!!! He is patient and very well connected in the industry. He is helpful and will take time to be helpful.
