Ruben was a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive and accommodating when scheduling the inspection. He did an incredibly thorough job going over the entire house and was sure to communicate with me about any concerns he or I had. At the end of the inspection he reviewed the report with me and the concerns he had. I got the report in my email right there. I can’t recommend Ruben enough.
