I would recommend the AWARE Self Defense Program to anyone looking to learn practical self-defense skills. Heath and Jeanine are highly skilled and knowledgeable, and they create a supportive and welcoming learning environment. One of the things I appreciate about the course is the emphasis on real-world scenarios. The instructors truly help you to develop the mindset and skills necessary for a variety of situations. Highly recommend!
I recently had the pleasure of completing the AWARE self defense program. As a home visiting nurse, who is often in unfamiliar homes and situations, this class gave me the confidence I needed to be able to deal with any situation that could arise. Not only did the program provide me with useful tools for work situations, it has also helped me in situations in my personal life. It is a very well developed program with amazing instructors. I highly recommend it to everyone.
The AWARE class was a really great experience! The instructors were knowledgeable and made the class very fun and interesting. They helped me gain insight into how to be alert and aware of my surroundings This class would be beneficial for anyone and I highly recommend it.
