Pricing was very fair compared to other businesses and less than expected. Thee Beauty Lounge was clean and comfortable, centrally located in Oneida and has convenient parking. “I asked Karen to style my long hair so that it was up and off my neck, preferably a braid. She braided my hair and put it up in a beautiful Germanic style bun. It is exactly what I wanted, actually more beautiful than I expected. She is an excellent stylist and a very nice person. I highly recommend her.“

She was so professional explaining everything and she just put me at ease. The. The conversation just flowed; it was like I knew her for years. She has this ability to distract you for them pain and make you laugh and want to tell "war" stories. She is professional and the room is immaculate. You must check out the light switch!“

These previous reviews don’t do justice. my mom is going through her 2nd bout of metastatic ovarian cancer..she (we) were so defeated when she knew she would lose her hair (again), I called Lori and she was SO easy to talk to. She was extremely accommodating (we had a tight schedule and she had no problem working with us to get us in)…she is call by appointment only - but it’s great!!! because she wants each client to have privacy, and you have her full attention…if you get her message machine - don’t worry - she will call you back! She doesn’t answer during clients visits (had several calls during my moms appt and did not answer)…she’s so bubbly, and just made my mom feel so good about choosing her wig that she cried…hair is a big part of a woman’s character right? my mom was so happy that there was a wig that looked even better than her natural hair (said by mom)…Lori walks you through care tips for the wig, and wraps all your stuff in such a nice to go bag it just makes you feel so happy and confident. These are LEGIT wigs, some real hair but most synthetic - they are a very fair price for the quality. My mom loves the first wig so much she’s considering coming for a 2nd!“
