“I visited this nail salon in Utica, NY yesterday, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience. I’m from New Jersey, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but they completely exceeded my expectations.

My nails came out beautiful the shape is perfect, the color is exactly what I wanted, and the flower design they did is so detailed and clean. I also got a pedicure, and I loved it !! the massages were so relaxing and really made the whole experience feel like a treat.

What stood out the most to me was how I was treated. Even though I was the last customer of the day, they didn’t rush me at all or make me feel like an inconvenience. They were patient, kind, and made sure everything was done right.

I also noticed they offer more than just nails they do hair as well. I saw a woman getting a treatment with a hair steamer, which looked amazing. On top of that, they sell jewelry, custom press on nails, and lashes, so it’s really a one-stop spot for beauty.

If you’re in the Utica area and looking for quality work and great service, I definitely recommend this place. I’ll absolutely be coming back.“

“Erica did the hair for my wedding and she was absolutely amazing. We did a trial months before my wedding, and as I thought about it more I wanted something different for the big day. Erica made the adjustments without question & was able to incorporate my halo hair extensions without it being at all noticeable. She was super accommodating and thorough for all of my bridesmaids & moms as well who were pleased with her work. Within under 4 hours she was able to complete 6 fantastic looks with accessories. “Last night I went to Jenna for a spray tan and was beyond impressed with the entire experience. To begin, she is an excellent communicator. She texted me the instructions so I knew what to expect. When an earlier slot opened up, she offered it to me and I happily accepted. Upon my arrival, the studio was clean and well decorated with snacks and drinks in the waiting room. Before spraying, she did a consultation with me to determine what would work best. She has every amenity you could think of and added a nice personal touch! After the appointment she texted me the post spray instructions. I highly recommend her and will only be going to her for spray tans in the future.
