John and Angelo are awesome.
John Catrambone has helped me on multiple real estate transactions. His advice is spot on and he knows the market and seemingly everyone on the island. He’s been extremely helpful, gets things done quickly, and once helped me negotiate down an asking price (on a property that I eventually decided not to buy) to a much lower amount than the property ended up selling for. Moreover, he has been extremely helpful even after I closed on my home. I would never buy real estate on the island without his help.
