Been on hold for over an hour and no one is helping me change my husbands appt to a new doc. They want me to wait until October instead of just giving me a new doc. Pretty sure they just waited for me to hang up and since I didn't they eventually hung up on me.

My first time seeing Dr. Palter. He was amazing! Listened to all my concerns and was very empathetic. He spent so much time with me explaining everything. He has such an awesome bedside manner. Definitely will be returning!

Doctor Arackal is amazing. Verdict is out on the office staff. Uncertain if it is them or new managed care rules. Trying to get a medication refilled that is a required Rx for a serious condition and they are saying the doctor cannot refill when it was previously refillled for over 1 year. The catch is that another doctor refillled when I was in the hospital last and they are claiming I need to get the refill script from that doctor now. Why get Rxs that are necessary refilled from 2 separate doctors and make things more complicated, especially for a medication that is required or my health is seriously compromised? Would prefer to deal with my doctor directly again through messages and the app instead of office staff. The staff seems unaware and not intune with patient needs. They seem inexperienced and unfamiliar with patient conditions. CHS needs to do a better job hiring and/or preparing their staff. Very frustrating experience, especially when you need help and are out of an essential med and your doctor is not available.

I absolutely love these professionals! I struggle with social anxiety and never felt comfortable with doctors in the past, but since my first appointment following a long hospital stay and I was so pleasantly surprised how comfortable they made me feel and how patient they are with me. Highly recommend making an appointment.

Just had my first appointment with Dr Palter yesterday I thought he was very thorough caring and not only gave me referrals for what I needed but had those places call ME for an appointment I think I finally found a PCPI will stick with for Life everybody is so nice in the office as well!

If not for Clara in front back office and dr odekon it would be less stars. They are beyond amazing and they care they help me when they don’t have too even. I just truly appreciate both of them at this office. They are the few who truly care still in medical world. I see so many drs and offices too I’m very thankful for them. Clara needs a raise she’s just always always for years been there for me when no one else would help me she will. Need more people like them. I’d be so lost without their help. Hire more like them please. We need people who see us and want to help because they care. Long wait for appts but that’s normal for most doctors offices. 1 hr after appt is average wait time for myself. Always parking near by too. I owe them cupcakes or something my next time in they have earned them.

You can never get in to see a doctor. Been seeing Spinnato for 20 years and every time I try to get an appointment they say a minimum of 6 months. If I’m sick I’ll be dead before then. Any other primary care doctor was able to accommodate me and get me in same day, or within the week. Safe to say I switched over. Getting someone on the phone can take 30 plus minutes, and the call center is NASTY when you finally get someone on the phone! I worked in healthcare and can understand that it can be overwhelming at times, but you should ever answer the phone with an attitude. Tried to get medical records from them as well and they gave me the run around. Finally went to pick it up, and they didn’t even include the one thing I had needed. Do not recommend, literally any other place will be better.
