They post that they "want to make a difference" and what they show is total indifference.
When I arrived the first time, the Uber left me off at the Address door.
It turns out the address is the BACK door and the FRONT door is in the back of the building. The sign on the door said to knock loudly, so I did, and the first words I heard from a Metro PT employee was "what do you want?"
I stand and walk very unstable, and when I said I want to come in, I was told I would have to walk around the building to the other side, when I can barely walk. Great first impression, Metro.

Went to Selden Never coming back--Let me make it clear this is my fourth go round with Metro--In the past I have recommended them to my Wife,Daughter,Mother and friends.They were always great.This time not so much.I felt that I was totally disrespected by a staff helper.I told her so --actually told her that I did not have to come here--That my money was good anywhere--she did not seem to care--I saw her tell {who I think was the Director} That I had a problem with her--He also did not seem to care---Things have changed at Metro--

Metro Physical Therapy has been meeting my physical and occupational needs and I highly recommend this location. Lisa and Samantha are very professional and caring. It’s a pleasant experience being with them. In fact, everyone at the site is an absolute pleasure as they greet you and show concern for your well being

I am currently being treated by 2 of the most wonderful physical therapists that I have ever worked with, Lisa and Anne. I did a surgery on my right shoulder, and working with these two at Metro has given me hope that everything will be okay.It's a clean environment and friendly staff who treats you like family regardless of your identity. I would recommend Metro Physical Therapy & Aquatic Therapy to anyone.

I fractured and dislocated my finger Christmas Eve of 2021 by slipping on ice. I had hand surgery shortly after.Then I needed to start OT immediately after at another Metro Location. While they were absolutely amazing there and helped me tremendously. I did not think my finger was going to be the same.I started seeing Sam in May of 2023 and I cannot thank her enough for pushing me to the limit. Her attention to detail is impeccable, shes passionate about helping her patients.She will listen to you through and through.Unfortunately today was my last day there, but fortunate that if it weren't for Sam's consistency I don't think I would have been nearly finished.I want to also give a shout out to Kate as well for being so awesome and having the best playlist on when she's working (Sorry Sam!) ...... but seriously, if you are looking for a compassionate, professional environment while also feeling like you are with family. Then give this gem a shot!

I have been treated by Anne for PT and. Samantha for OT . Both of theses therapists are the best in all of their specialties. The facility is always pleasant and welcoming. I would highly recommend anyone to use this office for their therapy needs.
