Every one is friendly, great communication. Always have been able to get in on short notice if need be.

Medical staff are amazing. Most receptionists are great. But I've had an experience with one particular receptionist that was not good. Her name is Raquel. I have called them many times and have spoken with her asking her to send very important notes back to medical staff. I found out through other receptionists that Raquel was not putting my notes through at all when she was telling me that she was. And it was taking way longer to put the important notes through because of her. I don't find her professional or even to be doing her job at all.

This place rocks. Everyone here is very down to earth, and i detected that everyone gets along well to help each other help their patients. Things are quick, personal, and i feel cared for beyond just going through the motions of going to the doctors office. I would like to drop a few names as to who made my most recent visit extra nice—Amber, Crystel, Stobie, and the very cool nurse who did intake on me with the iridescent industrial bar (im very sorry I didn’t catch your name!). They were all really kind and professional. If you’re in the area and need earnest, efficient, and quality healthcare please consider lifecare medical associates in seneca falls. Dr. Grace Freier and N.P. Arielle Hagner are such pleasant ladies! They're good at their jobs, take time to listen to my concerns, and never make me feel like a bad mom.

I've been to this urgent care Several times for emergencies and to seeing by my primary Doctor every single time.The staff is very informative and professional.
Some of the comments from other people don't make any sense to me.
All you need is to have patience, even though the staff is overwhelmed.

I've been going to this location for many years to see my PCP. There is also an area dedicated to lab services (blood draw). The staff here is always nice and very knowledgeable. This place also serves as an Urgent Care facility on the weekends which i have never been to, but as with any Urgent/Emergency room I would not be surprised if there was a wait time because there usually is with places like these.

The urgent care here is trash. I am currently sitting here waiting for my daughter to be seen (going on 60+minutes) I would understand if they were pack. But there was only 2 people in waiting room when I sat down. Now they just called in a lady who was here 30mins after myself. I will give a 5* to Dr.Frier though. But avoid the urgent care.

The doctors and nurses are truly incredible. If you want health care providers who care about their patients, this is the place to go. They actually listen to you and help.
However, some of the receptionists are god awful. I left a message to refill my prescriptions and she only filled two of the three and I ended up needing an emergency room visit because of her careless mistake.
