They got the job done on time and under budget. Don went above and beyond, even giving us pointers on our generator system. We have several more jobs that need to be done on this place, and we'll be using Kot for all of them.

A problem with my service left me, with not much warning, with no electricity in my home. I had heard of Chris from a friend previously but had no prior business with him myself. After one call and explaining my situation, Chris went to work to fit me into their schedule that same day to have the problem evaluated. Over the next 24 hours a plan was made, permit obtained, materials were on site, inspection was complete, and the crew worked in pouring rain to get my lights back on. They even coordinated efforts with National Grid. Professional and friendly service you can count on. Can't say enough how much I appreciate these guys!
