Rick did a great job for me. He installed a new sump pump to replace my old one and see if that fixes the problem before trying to talk me into more extensive services! He is to be commended for not automatically trying to do an entire basement overhaul if it is merely a problem of needing a new or more powerful pump… And if I need more extensive work done in the future I will definitely give him a call!!!

Reviews
Me and my husband are very pleased with Rapid Response. Our basement flooded and Rick was here within 20 minutes of our phone call. He told us the solution, quoted us, and gave us a very reasonable price. He squeezed us in on a very short notice because it was an emergency. He also gave great advice and is very knowledgeable of his job. Him and his crew are very hard working and cleaned up nicely. I would highly recommend using rapid response you won't be disappointed! Very professional! Look no further.
The team did a fantastic job at a job at replacing 2 of our foundation walls. It was not a simple job, our electrical panel and tankless water heater were on the old walls and our main entrance porch was on one of the walls.
His team handled it all, I did not have to find my own plumber or electricians. The new walls looks great and the basement is drier than before.
