Rick sent his guys Josh and Calvin out to put in a sump pump and pit in. Everyone was friendly and professional. They did a fantastic job and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend this business! Thanks to Rick and his team!

Rick and his crew installed a new sump pit and pump for us last year when we moved in. Our pump failed (under warranty) and Rick came out to replace it free of charge - no service fee or anything. He’s easy to get in touch with, cares about his work, and takes care of his customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rapid Response to anyone! We’re so appreciative.

Great work at a great price! Highly recommend over some of the other options out there. They installed a sump pump, stronger support beams and a new concrete floor in my basement and it’s been dry as a bone ever since. If you have any issues that require a follow up, they will work with you, which I appreciate. Thank you!
