They did a great job, went above and beyond. My puppies spilled a container of powdered charcoal on my daughters bedroom floor and they got it almost all of it out! I think they would have been able to get it all out if my daughter's bed wasn't in the way. I'm definitely a very happy customer. My carpets are clean and my house smells good.
