I’ve been seeing Cierra, Physical Therapist at Metro in Selden for a few weeks. She is a highly skilled therapist, compassionate and truly cares about my progress. The Metro staff is friendly and the place clean. I would highly recommend them for all your physical therapy needs.
I cannot say enough about Metro Physical Therapy and Aquatic Center in Selden. After receiving cortisone injections for Adhesive Capsulitis, or Frozen Shoulder I went in for an evaluation feeling completely helpless and at a complete loss. I was not feeling very positive, nor optimistic about my condition improving. At the time of my evaluation, I had been experiencing debilitating symptoms for about 4 months.

I see PT Alexa and she has helped me in so many ways! From my first Post-Op appointment she immediately made me feel comfortable and helped me find my confidence. She will not only give you exercise tips but fashion tips as well (my kind of girl!) If you’re in need of a knowledgeable, supportive, physical therapist she’s the one for you!
