Really nice staff. I was just picking up a prescription for my dog. They were very fast. We have been taking my dog here for about ten years now. Great place. Highly recommend.

I brought my year and a half cat Leo in about three times for peeing foam which they told me was blood and crystals in his urine. I paid about $400 overall just for them NOT to solve the problem. This has been since May or April. They are basically milking money out of customers and not solving any of my cats issues he is having. He’s been miserable for months and I’m just trying to do what I’m supposed to as a pet parent and helping him but I am beginning to get very frustrated because no one at this establishment seems to care about solving the issue. I’ve come here for years and even with other animals and this is the first time I’ve felt this way. I explained to them I lost my dad to covid and have been doing everything in my power to take care of this cat. I’m getting triggered on another level about this cat. This would not be the place to bring a kitty if he/she is having similar problems (peeing foam). Hope this helps someone. Instead of them, actually trying to fix my issue to help me. I have the secretaries being funny on the phone, not wanting to answer the phone to top it off. I get a message that they’re upset about my review which I’m entitled to. I haven’t said anything wrong. I stated how I felt they were pissed off. They refused to see my cat, which is fine. I will find him another vet AGAIN don’t come here for this issue with your cat (peeing foam) because it will not be solved and they will give you a hard time the whole time I’ve been given a hard time since March, trying to solve this problem. Dr. Velez was very rude to me. She was the one who sent me a message back. She was also the one who never sent me any information that I needed about my cat, but they will give you a bill no problem. Hopes this helps.

Our wonderful dog Ace now four years old has been cared for from day one at Riverside. There is a very nice vibe from the minute you walk in. They're friendly at the front desk and you can tell they enjoy working there. Our vet is wonderful and Ace has no problem being there for his exams. WE feel very confident having Riverside as our Veterinary Hospital and highly recommend them!

I’ve been taking my boys here since I adopted them in 2018 and have relied heavily on them in the last month. The doctors, techs, assistants, and receptionists are always pleasant and professional. The office has various forms of communication and meds can be ordered online. We see Dr. Mueller the majority of the time and she treats my boys like they are her own and answers all of my questions thoroughly. Bonus points for being a women-owned business ?. Couldn’t recommend them enough.
