I can be difficult to please and have high standards, but Brad is frankly the best contractor/vendor I have ever used for any type of home installation, repair or service. He’s responsive, sets realistic expectations that he meets or exceeds. His work is quality, and he explains things well and communicates clearly. He has and uses systems well to communicate, bill, accept payments. He also is tidy, careful, and cautious.
