Our plumbing backed up at my folks house on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. We called early in the afternoon and they arrived in less than two hours. It was Sean that responded we think...sorry if we didn't remember your name correctly. He quickly cleared the waste line and the evening family gathering went on without issue. It could have been an awful day without his help. Highly recommend A-1. Fair priced Saturday call. Quick reply. Nice technician.

I was referred to A-1 from another contractor since A-1 specialized in the issue we were having. John was professional over the phone and Sean was on site when he said he would be. From start to finish the service was great. Sean's customer service was excellent, he fixed our problem and left the worksite as it was when he arrived.
