Going to get bodywork from Katie is like entering into a cocoon of care and compassion. Katie holds space for whatever I am arriving with and expertly attends to my concerns. As a fellow massage therapist, I highly recommend her.

It has been a beautiful, relaxing, healing experience, every time I've had an appointment with Katie Veltum. I have seen her for many massages, and also explored her restorative yoga in private sessions and in a group setting. Every experience has brought me calm, a sense of centering, while also feeling elevated. The body feels relaxed and pains are released at the same time, emotionally and/or spiritually I feel more myself, more ready to accomplish life tasks/goals. And also more able to just BE. The takeaways are unique to my way of being in the world, however I can recommend Katie unreservedly for those who have chronic pain, over-exertion pain, or simply aging bodies....read full review

Every session is an amazing experience. Katie intuitively knows my body. She restores my body in every session. It is never the same experience, but always the same outcome... Peace, ease, body restoration. I love Katie!!! I let her know how much she helps me at every session. ❤️❤️❤️
